  • By Airplane

Several airports have good train connections to Bressanone. Here is a list:
    • Innsbruck (AT) 80 km
    • Munich Franz-Josef Strauss (DE) 260 km (Please do not get confused by Ryanair's "Munich West" - it is far out in the middle of nowhere, and you would not have much fun coming from there by public transport; with a rental car, it may however be an option.)
    • Verona (ITA) (Valerio Catullo) 200 km
    • Venezia (ITA) (Marco Polo) 320 km
    • Milano-Linate (ITA) 330 km
    • Milano-Malpensa (ITA) 350 km

    • For most international travellers, Verona (Valerio Catullo) international airport will be the most convenient. From Verona airport to the railway station Verona P.ta Nuova (see above) there are shuttle busses every 20 minutes from 6:30am to 11:35pm.

From Verona to Bressanone it takes about 2 hours by train, and you have several trains per day (see above)
There are also flight connections from Munich, Innsbruck and from Italian airports to Bolzano. From Bolzano, you can take a train to Bressanone (30min).
